1. Program Overview

Savage Flow Bali is an immersive retreat combining boxing, surfing, yoga, breathwork, Bali exploration, and cultural immersion. The experience includes accommodation, guided activities, meals, and logistical support as outlined on the retreat presentation page.

2. Booking & Payment

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat begins.
For registrations made less than 30 days before the start date, full payment is required immediately.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your booking:

• More than 30 days before the retreat: the balance (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: no refund can be guaranteed.

If the retreat is canceled by us (due to insufficient participants or exceptional circumstances), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative retreat. Refunds do not cover flights or any external costs not directly related to the retreat.

4. Travel Insurance

All participants are required to purchase travel insurance that covers sports activities, medical emergencies, and cancellations.
No refund will be issued if an issue arises without appropriate insurance coverage.

5. Liability

Participants must inform the organizing team of any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations that could affect their participation.
Savage Flow Bali Retreat accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or theft during the retreat.
Participants are responsible for following local laws and safety guidelines.

6. Program Changes

The organization reserves the right to modify certain activities due to weather, ocean conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, while maintaining the quality and spirit of the retreat.

7. Use of Images

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
By participating, you agree to potentially appear in such content (website, social media, etc.).
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance.
